Thank You

GLAD THAT’S OVER!

Crowdfunding is one of the most difficult things we’ve ever done. The preparation and execution is a full time job. (If we decide to torture ourselves in this way ever again, it will be when we have a staff to do it for us.) Thank you for your patience as we asked to open your hearts and wallets to our little cause. Although we didn’t reach our funding goal before the premier of Season 2, we’ve been overwhelmed by the amount of love and support from family, friends and complete strangers. Money doesn’t make the world go round… but love does. So whether you were supportive by giving us money or telling a neighbor kid, we thank you.

We hope you’re enjoying Season 2 so far. It feels fantastic to stop asking people for money and get back to the reason we created The Scrappy Duo in the first place. Our goal remains the same. We want to help the world.

UPDATE ON REAL LIFE

This summer we’ll be returning to the fabulous Ohio Light Opera. Nate will be performing the role of Sid in The Pajama Game, Michael Cummins in Fifty Million Frenchmen, and Mountararat in Iolanthe! Stephen will be performing the role of Candide, Peter Forbes in Fifty Million Frenchmen, and Strephon in Iolanthe!

See us at Ohio Light Opera last year @ 5 Minutes to Places.

After spending our summer in Wooster, we’ll be moving to Salt Lake City. Our 2 year stay in Pasadena was always temporary and it’s time. After 7 years in NYC and 2 in LA we’re looking forward to a calmer lifestyle and living closer to family.

We’ll sure miss the Punkin! We’ll always remember the inspiration and love we received from our talented little costar. (Of course, she’ll continue to grace the screen here and there during the rest of Season 2) For old times sake, here’s one of the first videos we ever made. A tribute to Punkin. She was still so little back then.

In case you missed this weeks episode…

T is for TRAIN!
